Faqeer.in provides an automated Adbot mechanism to forward promotional posts from your Telegram channel to targeted groups on a scheduled interval. The Service relies on the Telegram API and client infrastructure. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
You agree not to use our Service to transmit, distribute, or promote illegal, explicit, fraudulent, defamatory, or inherently malicious content. You are solely responsible for the content you broadcast. Faqeer.in reserves the right to immediately terminate the accounts of users violating these terms without refund.
To ensure privacy and security, Faqeer.in exclusively accepts payments via Cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH, etc.). Due to the immutable nature of blockchain transactions and the upfront costs of server allocation, all payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including service interruptions or account termination.
Faqeer.in operates as an independent automation tool and is not affiliated with Telegram Messenger LLP. While our mechanisms are designed to respect Telegram's rate limits, Faqeer.in is not liable for any account bans, suspensions, shadowbans, or loss of data imposed by Telegram. You acknowledge that using automation tools inherently carries platform risk, and you use our Service at your own risk. Faqeer.in's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the current subscription period.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Faqeer.in, its affiliates, and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
